Pierce Total Comfort

At Pierce Total Comfort, we’re dedicated to finding the right solution for your comfort needs. As a family-owned provider serving Middletown, Delaware, and surrounding areas since 2005, we’ve installed thousands of systems and built a local reputation for doing the job right the first time. Our licensed, bonded, and insured professionals provide prompt, reliable service, including 24/7 assistance when needed. We offer free in-home consultations, same-day service, and up-front pricing for residential and commercial customers.

We handle heating and cooling repairs, complete system installations, ductwork, thermostats, indoor air quality solutions, and fireplaces. Our selection includes energy-efficient air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, programmable thermostats, ductless split systems, and boiler systems. We can also help improve indoor air quality and comfort with humidifiers, ventilators, ultraviolet lights, zoning systems, and air cleaners. Whatever the project involves, we treat each home with the same care we would give our own.

We’re proud to be a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer and a seven-time recipient of the Carrier President’s Award. We’re equally proud of our role in preparing the next generation of HVAC professionals. Through our 13-year partnership with St. Georges Technical High School, we hire and train future technicians while helping to build the future of our industry here in Delaware. When you choose Pierce Total Comfort, you’re working with an experienced local team committed to dependable service and year-round indoor comfort.
