Parham Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric, LLC

Our story began in 1990, when Randy Parham decided to leave life on the road behind and pursue a career that would keep him closer to home and family. After studying HVAC and refrigeration at the Tennessee Technology Center in Newbern, he founded Parham Refrigeration and began working from a garage behind his home. As we grew, we moved into a building in downtown Dyer that Randy purchased from his retiring father-in-law, Bill Jordan. In 2012, our need for more room led us to our present location just outside Trenton, in the heart of Gibson County.

Much has changed since Randy started on his own. Our name and range of services have evolved, including the addition of plumbing in 2016 following a merger with a sister operation. Today, Randy’s wife and son are part of our family-owned and operated organization, and more than 50 employees help us serve our customers. We provide heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services throughout Northwest Tennessee. Our heating and cooling work includes the installation and servicing of geothermal and other systems in Trenton and Jackson.

Although we have grown, our belief that there is a better way to do things remains at the heart of who we are. For us, good service means more than simply fixing a problem. We slow down, explain what we find, discuss the available options, and help our customers make informed decisions based on what is right for their homes, comfort, and circumstances. We think of ourselves as a people-focused team that happens to work in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We are truly grateful for the opportunity to serve Gibson County and the surrounding communities.
