Paradise Air Inc

We are heating and cooling professionals proudly serving Plano and the Dallas Metroplex. Our goal is to provide residential and commercial customers with solutions suited to the needs of their homes or businesses. We install, replace, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, and we service all makes and models. Our capabilities include preventive maintenance, equipment retrofits, sheet metal fabrication, indoor air quality services, extended service agreements, and around-the-clock emergency assistance.

As a Lennox Factory Authorized Dealer, we offer a broad selection of indoor comfort equipment. Our product options include air conditioners, heat pumps, gas furnaces, programmable thermostats, humidifiers, ductless split systems, geothermal systems, air cleaners, ultraviolet lights, ventilators, and zoning products. We help customers consider their comfort needs and customize an appropriate system or solution. We also offer service agreements designed to help keep comfort equipment operating smoothly and reduce the likelihood of service emergencies.

We are bonded and insured and operate as a licensed Texas contractor. Our installers and technicians receive regular, ongoing training, and all of our employees are drug tested and background checked. We are an active member in good standing with the Air Conditioning Contractors of America, a Honeywell Contractor PRO, and a member of the Texas Air Conditioning Contractors Association. Our president, Mike Krause, previously served as president of the Texas Air Conditioning Contractors of Texas. Through professional training, industry participation, and hands-on experience with many systems in the area, we remain committed to quality workmanship, reliable service, and helping our customers stay comfortable throughout the year.
