Pack-Timco

Since 1967, we have helped homeowners and light commercial clients create comfortable, dependable indoor environments. From our Stratford location, we serve customers across Fairfield and Westchester counties with heating, cooling, and indoor climate services tailored to each property.

We design and install complete comfort systems rather than treating each component in isolation. Our capabilities include furnaces, boilers, radiant heating, central air conditioning, ductless and high-velocity cooling, air-source and geothermal heat pump solutions, indoor air quality improvements, smart controls, zoning, and specialized applications. For custom homes and complex spaces, we also work with architects, builders, and project managers to coordinate mechanical systems with the broader design.

Our design-build process begins with a consultation and an assessment of the home, including its insulation, layout, and comfort priorities. We use heating and cooling load calculations to guide system recommendations, then coordinate details such as duct routes, hydronic loops, airflow, zoning, and controls. Installation coordination and commissioning are part of that process, helping us bring the system design and the work in the field together. This approach allows us to consider comfort, performance, and the architectural character of the property as connected parts of the same project.

We continue supporting customers after installation with preventive maintenance, seasonal tune-ups, repair and diagnostics, and 24/7 emergency HVAC service. Whether the need is a planned system upgrade, a new construction project, improved indoor air quality, or help with an unexpected heating or cooling problem, our team brings consultation, engineering, installation, commissioning, and ongoing care together under one roof. We aim to provide a coordinated path from the first assessment through long-term system maintenance.
