Owens Comfort Systems, Inc

Since 1981, we have provided heating, cooling, and indoor comfort solutions for residential and commercial properties in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. We are located in Davidsonville, Maryland, and we install, maintain, and service geothermal heating and air conditioning systems, geothermal heat pumps, conventional heating and cooling equipment, boilers, in-floor radiant heating, and indoor air quality systems. We work with new construction, existing homes, historic properties, and commercial buildings, providing an assessment based on the needs of each property.

We are family focused and operated, with a commitment to honesty, quality, fairness, and attentive customer service. When we are invited into a home, we take that trust and our responsibility seriously. Our goal is to provide an informed, straightforward assessment and professional installation, maintenance, or repair. Our customer service team is trained to understand specific concerns and maintenance needs, while our technicians receive factory training and education through courses sanctioned by institutions such as the Refrigeration Service Engineer's Society and the Association of Builders and Contractors. We also support continuing education and development within our team.

We service and repair major brands of existing geothermal, heating and air conditioning, in-floor radiant heating, and indoor air quality equipment. Annual and semiannual maintenance programs are available for major equipment brands. As a Bosch ABC Contractor, we also install Bosch energy-efficient geothermal systems and can provide property-specific information related to potential energy savings. Because rebate programs vary by state, we direct customers to current DSIRE information and assist with the information needed for an application. Through every service, we aim to uphold our stated values of courage, integrity, honesty, and diligence while pursuing quality, customer service, and reliability.
