Overcashier & Horst Heating

We’ve served homes and businesses throughout the Toledo metropolitan area since 1957, providing heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services across northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan. From our home in Sylvania, we’ve built our reputation on honest advice, skilled workmanship, and equipment selected to perform reliably year after year. We’ve been BBB-accredited since 1978, and we’re licensed in both Ohio and Michigan.

Our expertly trained technicians bring the same dedication to routine maintenance, urgent repairs, and complete system installations. We install, repair, and maintain furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, high-efficiency boilers, and indoor air quality systems. We also perform gas line conversions and provide 24/7 emergency HVAC service. As a Trane Comfort Specialist and an authorized WaterFurnace geothermal dealer, we can handle projects ranging from a furnace tune-up to a full geothermal system installation. When indoor air quality is a concern, we assess the needs of the home and recommend an appropriate combination of equipment for year-round comfort.

We also install and service traditional tank-style and high-efficiency tankless water heaters for homes and businesses. Our water-heating options include Bradford White tank systems and Navien high-efficiency tankless systems, which provide hot water on demand. Whether we’re completing an installation, responding to a repair call, or performing ongoing maintenance, we bring the same commitment to capable service and straightforward guidance. We’re proud to serve customers in Sylvania, Toledo, Maumee, Perrysburg, and surrounding communities with support for the heating, cooling, air quality, and water-heating systems they rely on.
