Ontime Heating & Air Conditioning

We’re locally owned and operated, with more than 25 years of experience helping customers stay comfortable through every season. From Henderson, Kentucky, to Evansville and Newburgh, Indiana, we provide heating, cooling, and plumbing services with integrity, honesty, and reliability. Because HVAC and piping systems can behave differently from one location to another, we account for local conditions when completing installations and repairs.

Our NATE-certified service experts repair all types of HVAC makes and models, and most service calls are completed on the spot. We offer 24/7 repair service and arrive in fully stocked vehicles, ready to minimize disruptions and leave your home as we found it. We also provide routine HVAC maintenance and install central air conditioners, traditional furnaces, air-source and geothermal heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems. Before an installation, we perform a complete Manual J load calculation to identify the home’s heating and cooling requirements. As a Trane Comfort Specialist, we install Trane comfort systems as well as other brands.

We believe customers deserve clear information and fair, upfront pricing. Before work begins, we provide a detailed estimate without hidden charges. Our services are backed by a 100 percent money-back satisfaction guarantee, a two-year workmanship warranty, and a one-year test drive for risk-free installations and repairs. Installations are guaranteed for 10 years, and if we do not arrive on time, the service call is on us. We’re also BBB accredited with an A+ rating and are proud to have had no complaints filed with the BBB throughout our history. Whether we’re repairing an existing system, recommending a replacement, performing maintenance, or addressing a plumbing need, we work to provide dependable service and lasting comfort.
