Ogram Heating & Cooling

We’re proud to carry on a family tradition of heating and cooling service that began in 1980, when Mike Ogram started repairing household appliances. Mike and his wife, Marilyn, grew the operation over the years, and today their son Ryan runs Ogram Heating & Cooling. Based in Andover, Ohio, we have served Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania for more than 40 years.

Our work includes residential service and replacement, new construction, and light commercial heating and cooling. We service most brands of furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, along with water heaters and boilers of all makes. Our NATE-certified technicians diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems, and someone is on call 24/7 when an urgent problem—such as a furnace failure during winter—cannot wait until the next day. For commercial equipment, we also provide routine six-month maintenance to support safe, reliable, and efficient operation and help extend equipment life. When replacement requires lifting equipment, we offer professional, insured crane service and complete installations to meet state and local codes.

We also provide geothermal service and installation for Bosch, Bryant, Carrier, Century, ClimateMaster, Eagle Mountain, Frigidaire, GeoCool, GeoStar, Hydron Module, Miami Heat Pump, Q Energy Systems, Trane, and WaterFurnace systems. For new and custom-built homes, we can help with home automation, in-floor radiant heating, and heating and cooling solutions designed for Northeast Ohio’s changing weather.

Custom fabrication is another important part of what we do. With an experienced sheet metal fabricator on staff and a full fabrication shop, we can create custom sheet metal for jobs that call for more than an off-the-shelf solution. Whether we’re troubleshooting existing equipment, replacing a system, or helping equip a new home or light commercial property, we bring decades of family experience and a broad range of in-house capabilities to the work.
