O'leary Plumbing & Heating

Since 1958, our family has served East Troy and Wisconsin’s lake-country communities with a simple promise: take care of our neighbors the way we would take care of our own. Three generations later, we have grown from a single plumber into a full home-services team providing plumbing, heating, cooling, electrical, water-quality, drain, water-heater, well and septic, geothermal, and generator services. Our roots remain in East Troy, and we also serve the Lake Geneva area and communities across Southeast Wisconsin.

Keeping essential home systems under one family-owned name makes it easier to get the help you need without juggling multiple contractors. We install, service, and repair furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and radiant in-floor systems for Wisconsin winters. Our work also ranges from complex geothermal loop installations to straightforward repairs such as cleaning a flame sensor. When equipment needs to be replaced, we consider the home’s square footage, insulation, and ductwork capacity to determine the appropriate system size rather than simply swapping one unit for another.

We believe homeowners should understand what is happening in their homes. Our trained technicians use specialized diagnostic tools to identify the mechanical or electrical cause of a problem, explain the findings in plain language, and provide clear pricing before work begins. We offer free installation estimates and present the available options without high-pressure sales tactics, so you can make an informed decision. Our licensed, bonded, and insured team includes IGSHPA-certified professionals. We arrive on time, wear shoe covers, maintain a clean workspace, and treat every home as if it were our own. When an emergency cannot wait, we are available 24/7 at (262) 642-7747.
