NW Mechanical Inc

We are a family-owned and-operated HVAC team serving Shoreline, Seattle, and the Greater Eastside. Since 1977, we have completed thousands of residential, commercial, and government HVAC projects while continuing to train on advances in heating and cooling technology. Our goal is to maximize each client’s comfort through thoughtful design, quality products, and careful workmanship, with attention to longevity, efficiency, safety, environmental requirements, and the appearance of every installation.

Our highly trained, fully licensed and insured technicians work on heat pumps, mini-splits, furnaces, boilers, ductless systems, geothermal heating and cooling, and hot water tank replacements. We provide engineering and system design, installation, maintenance, tune-ups, repairs, and full system replacements for any brand or model. From the boiler room to the rest of the residence, we bring the same care to every part of the job. Our service technicians, service manager, and client service representatives work together to diagnose difficult heating and cooling issues, explain the available options, and recommend systems and products suited to each space, building, and client preference.

We offer maintenance plans designed to help clients avoid major system issues. Same-day service is available for most repairs, with priority scheduling for heating and cooling emergencies, and our emergency service team is available around the clock, seven days a week. When we enter a home, we treat it with care and respect. We focus on honest recommendations, clear estimates, and solutions rather than high-pressure sales. We are also active in our local community and take care of our employees like family. Whether the need is a simple tune-up, a challenging repair, or a complete replacement, we bring experience, ongoing training, and a commitment to comfort to every visit.
