We are North American GeoThermal, a full-service geothermal heating and air conditioning provider serving Fairfax and the surrounding area. From our Maryland office at 6701 Democracy Boulevard in Bethesda, we help customers with geothermal systems, air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless mini-splits. We service and repair all brands of this equipment, providing support for geothermal, air conditioning, and furnace repair needs.

Our system designers are LoopLink Certified. Their training comes from both the makers of geothermal design software and the authors of the industry-standard design and installation manual issued by the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association (IGSHPA), a national organization for ground-source heat pump standards, training, and certifications. Our well-drilling and ground-loop team includes IGSHPA-accredited installers and master well drillers who are familiar with the complex geological formations throughout our service area. Across a team of more than 65 geothermal professionals, we bring extensive experience to ground-loop installations, including more than one million miles of geothermal loop pipe installed.

Our interior equipment professionals have installed hundreds of systems over more than 25 years. They are WaterFurnace factory-trained and geothermal-certified, and we are a WaterFurnace GeoPro Master Dealer. We combine specialized system design, ground-loop expertise, equipment installation, and ongoing service and repair to address a wide range of indoor heating and cooling needs.
