We’ve been serving Nantucket since 2014, providing heating and cooling solutions for homeowners, property managers, and commercial properties. Because our team is based on-island, we understand the logistics, permitting requirements, storms, and seasonal challenges that can shape an HVAC project here. We provide 24/7 emergency HVAC repair and support, including when boats aren’t running. We approach every job with a focus on energy efficiency, precise execution, and careful project management.

Our work ranges from new-construction consulting and engineered HVAC plans to custom ductwork design and installation. We assess each property—or review building plans—alongside the client’s goals and budget, then help identify a cost-effective system for the space. Our capabilities include heat pumps, geothermal systems, split systems, conventional HVAC, hydro air systems, cold-climate heat pump upgrades, geothermal replacements, and integrated smart controls. We are Nantucket’s only fully on-island HPLN-certified contractor, with particular experience in high-end geothermal systems and replacements. Our certifications include EPA Universal, Advanced HDPE Piping, and Cold Climate Heat Pump.

As an authorized ENERGY STAR partner, we help clients understand applicable ENERGY STAR standards, tax credits, and significant federal and state rebates that can make efficient upgrades more affordable.
