Noco Sustain LLC

We began in Tonawanda in 1933 as a family-owned coal supplier. More than 90 years later, we have grown into a full-service energy partner for homes and businesses across Western and Central New York. Today, our services include propane, heating oil, natural gas, electricity, HVAC services, commercial fuels, renewable energy, and sustainable recycling solutions. Our mission is to provide reliable energy solutions that bring comfort, efficiency, and value to our customers every day.

Geothermal heating and cooling is part of how we help customers meet changing energy needs. Our experienced technicians design, install, maintain, and repair geothermal heat pump systems for homeowners and businesses. We service and install most major brands of geothermal and HVAC equipment, and we are proud to partner with WaterFurnace to offer advanced geothermal systems designed for lasting performance, comfort, and efficiency. Our certified technicians bring decades of HVAC expertise to each project, along with personalized support and knowledge of Western New York’s climate, soil conditions, and available energy incentives.

We provide geothermal services across Buffalo, Rochester, and Western New York, including Buffalo, Amherst, Tonawanda, Cheektowaga, Williamsville, Hamburg, Orchard Park, Lancaster, Lockport, West Seneca, Clarence, and East Aurora, as well as surrounding communities. Our systems are designed to deliver reliable heating during Buffalo’s cold winters and efficient cooling in the summer. With more than a dozen locations, over 300 employees, and a fleet of more than 150 delivery vehicles, we stay close to the communities we serve. Since 2016, we have contributed more than $1 million to community programs, local initiatives, and charitable causes. We are committed not only to meeting today’s energy needs, but also to investing in technologies, people, and communities that support a more sustainable future.
