Nero Air Conditioning & Heating Inc.

We provide heating, cooling, and indoor-comfort services for residential and commercial properties in North Haven and surrounding Connecticut communities. Our services include air conditioning installation and repair, heating-system maintenance, ductless mini-split systems, programmable thermostat installation, and emergency HVAC service. We also install geothermal heat pump systems, giving customers another option for year-round heating and cooling.

Our team is licensed in Connecticut, and we are a Trane Comfort Specialist. We work with customers who need help with an immediate heating or cooling problem as well as those planning a system replacement or new installation. Whether the project involves conventional HVAC equipment, a ductless system, or a geothermal heat pump, we focus on identifying the property’s needs and presenting a clear recommendation and quote.

Our service process starts by assessing the customer’s needs. We then recommend and quote a solution, answer questions, perform the work, and finish by cleaning up and following up. This step-by-step approach helps us keep customers informed from the initial conversation through completion of the job.

We also offer maintenance and financing options. Routine maintenance can help customers stay ahead of heating and cooling needs, while financing can provide another way to plan for qualifying equipment and installation work. Customers interested in geothermal can contact us to discuss geothermal heat pump installation along with their broader comfort needs. Our heating and cooling services are available for both homes and commercial properties.
