Neeley Heating & Air Conditioning Co

Our roots in Denmark began with Mr. Sam Neeley, who worked in both the air conditioning and appliance industries. He became well known throughout the area for supplying GE products and for his service department. The Neeley name remains widely recognized in the Denmark community today, and we have served customers for more than five decades.

Kim Carter joined us as a service technician during the early years of our operation. When Mr. Neeley decided to sell the air conditioning division, Kim took over our operations and continues to serve as our president. We remain a family-run operation, and our work is guided by a Christian worldview. We believe in keeping our word, doing what we say we will do, putting our customers first, and treating others as we would want to be treated.

We specialize in residential and commercial heating and cooling, along with selected industrial applications. As a Trane dealer in Denmark, South Carolina, we provide and install Trane residential and commercial heating and cooling systems. We also sell and install Ameristar heating and cooling equipment. Our services include equipment sales and installation, maintenance contracts, complete servicing for all makes and models, and ongoing service for the equipment we install.

We sell WaterFurnace geothermal systems and provide geothermal services. We also install and repair ductwork, perform sheet metal fabrication, and offer welding services. We are fully insured and licensed to provide services in South Carolina. From our location on Heritage Highway in Denmark, we strive to provide dependable service and work through each customer’s heating and cooling needs with care.
