N.S. Johnson, Inc

At N.S. Johnson, Inc., we believe dependable HVAC service begins with honesty, integrity, respect and trust. We do not use hidden agendas or recommend services that are not needed. When there is more than one practical way to repair a system, we explain the advantages and disadvantages of each option so our customers can make the final decision. We also provide an upfront price before beginning a repair. Mike Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Pennsylvania College of Technology and brings additional experience from managing multiple properties.

We install, repair and maintain heating, furnace and air-conditioning systems for customers in Palmyra, Hershey, Harrisburg, Lebanon and surrounding Central Pennsylvania communities. When a furnace or heat pump stops working, our technicians focus on identifying an appropriate repair while respecting the customer’s budget. Emergency after-hours furnace service is also available for Hershey-area homeowners.

We also install and service ClimateMaster geothermal heating and cooling systems. These systems use an underground loop to exchange energy between a home and the earth, taking advantage of the ground’s consistent temperatures to provide environmentally friendly heating and cooling. Whether a customer is considering a geothermal heat pump installation, replacing an existing HVAC system or dealing with a malfunctioning geothermal unit, we work diligently to restore and maintain a comfortable indoor climate. Our approach is rooted in reliable, friendly service and clear communication throughout the job.
