Since 1959, we have served residential, commercial, municipal, agricultural and industrial clients throughout Vermont and New England. Based at 120 Northgate Plaza in Morrisville, Vermont, we bring experienced crews and specialized equipment to water well and construction drilling, water and wastewater services, septic services, treatment systems, excavation and aggregate materials. From conventional well drilling and hydrofracturing to drilling for bridge piles, elevator jacks and tightly spaced boring projects, we are prepared for a broad range of needs. Our geothermal work includes closed-loop wells designed for heating and air-conditioning systems. For one residential project, we designed a system suited to the home’s size and aspect, then drilled four 500-foot wells with polyethylene piping. The closed loop connects to a 10-ton heat pump that can add or remove heat as indoor temperature settings require. Combined with a photovoltaic solar array, the system helped the residence achieve its goal of net-zero utility consumption averaged over the year.

We also provide inspection, cleaning and pumping services for septic tanks, sewers, catch basins and pump or lift stations. Our camera technicians use closed-circuit television equipment to inspect pipes from 3 to 90 inches in diameter. With Vactor 2100 combination units, we clean lines and vacuum sand, rocks, leaves and other debris for transport to an approved disposal site. Our high-pressure line-cleaning equipment can deliver up to 100 gallons per minute at 2,500 pounds per square inch, serving pipes from 6 to 120 inches in diameter.

When conventional digging is not practical, we offer hydro excavation using a high-pressure water jet and vacuum tube to expose underground utilities and remove material into a debris tank for offsite transport. We also encourage scheduled pump and lift-station cleaning and inspection to help businesses and municipalities limit late-night call-outs, overflows and costly repairs.
