MSCO Inc. Heating & Cooling

For more than 60 years, we have helped families and businesses stay comfortable with dependable heating and cooling services. We are a family-owned, community-based team rooted in Hampton Roads, with beginnings in a Norfolk garage in 1955. Today, we serve Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, and Suffolk. Our certified HVAC technicians and Trane comfort specialists bring decades of combined industry experience, ongoing education, extensive in-house training, and a genuine dedication to customer service.

We provide HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance for existing homes and businesses. Whether an air conditioner needs its annual tune-up, a heating system has stopped working, or it is time to replace aging equipment, we work to diagnose the issue promptly and complete the necessary service—even when we did not install the original system. Same-day and emergency repairs are also available. To help customers get a long, useful life from their equipment, we repair and maintain all types of HVAC systems and offer indoor air quality and automated comfort solutions.

When replacement is the right choice, we retrofit carefully selected equipment in existing homes; we do not currently install systems in new-construction homes. Our options include Trane air conditioners, air cleaners and humidifiers, as well as heat pumps from Trane, Bosch, and ClimateMaster. We install standard air-source and variable-speed heat pumps along with Trane and ClimateMaster geothermal systems for homes in Southside Hampton Roads. Every installation includes careful system sizing, skilled workmanship, and thorough testing before the job is considered complete. From routine maintenance and urgent repairs to a complete comfort-system upgrade, our mission remains the same: to provide quality HVAC products, reliable installation, and trustworthy service for our neighbors throughout the region.
