Morrison Inc.

For four decades, we have helped homeowners and organizations benefit from geothermal heating and cooling. Based in Duncannon, Pennsylvania, we have installed more than 6,000 geothermal systems throughout central Pennsylvania in homes ranging from 800 to more than 16,000 square feet. Our project experience also includes businesses, schools and medical facilities. Among our most notable installations are geothermal systems at the Pennsylvania Governor’s Residence and the guardhouses at the White House.

We provide a full-service, turnkey approach that includes geothermal system design, drilling, installation, service and preventive maintenance. Because we maintain our own drilling and excavating equipment, our experienced team can coordinate each phase of a project and optimize geothermal HVAC for horizontal or vertical closed-loop systems. We also use a specially designed small drilling rig to work in tight yards where space is limited. Every property is different, so we approach each system with its particular size, layout and heating and cooling needs in mind.

Our geothermal systems can provide home heating and cooling, radiant floor heating, domestic hot water, snowmelt and swimming-pool heating. Beyond geothermal, our services include water-well drilling, well-pump installation and multipoint well inspections. We also install air-source heat pumps, central air conditioning, air-to-air heat exchangers, mini-split heating and cooling systems, solar photovoltaic systems, solar hot-water systems and heat-pump water heaters. Indoor comfort and air-quality options include whole-house dehumidification, ultraviolet air purification, humidifiers, programmable thermostats and Prestige thermostats with internet control. Whether we are working on a 1,500-square-foot home or a large office complex, our goal is to bring design, drilling, installation and ongoing service together in one coordinated approach.
