Mike Fereday Heating & Air Conditioning

Since 2005, we’ve helped homeowners and businesses in Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Waverly, and throughout the Cedar Valley stay comfortable in every season. Our team brings more than 100 years of combined heating and cooling experience to HVAC sales, installation, service, and repair. Whether we’re responding to a furnace problem, servicing an air conditioner, or helping select a new system, we work to keep each space as comfortable and efficient as possible.

We provide residential and commercial solutions built around reliable, efficient Lennox® heating, air-conditioning, and HVAC equipment, as well as Mitsubishi® mini-splits. We’re proud to be one of the nation’s premier Lennox dealers and the largest HVAC contractor in the Cedar Valley. Our services range from Energy Star®-rated heating-system installation and our Planned Service program to same-day service calls and 24/7 emergency air-conditioning and furnace repair. We also work with area builders and contractors. For customers interested in geothermal heating, these systems use the earth to heat and cool a home or business and offer an energy-efficient, environmentally friendly option.

Every member of our staff is licensed by the State of Iowa, and our technicians are EPA-certified. Just as importantly, we’re a courteous team that takes pride in working together professionally and promptly. We know that inviting someone into your home or business requires trust, so we approach jobs large and small with the same commitment to your satisfaction. From diagnosing an existing system and identifying cost-efficient repair options to installing new equipment or arranging planned service, we’re here to help keep the Cedar Valley cool in summer, cozy in winter, and comfortable throughout the year.
