Since 1994, we have helped homeowners across Michigan find custom-designed solutions for their heating, cooling, and hot water needs. From our location in Whitmore Lake, we take the time to listen to each homeowner and understand their priorities before recommending a system. Geothermal has been a major part of our work. We have been involved in more than 4,000 geothermal installations throughout Michigan, and our principal owners and trained staff bring more than 100 years of combined geothermal industry experience. Our team understands the details that can affect system performance, from evaluating existing ductwork to designing forced-air, radiant, or combination systems. We also install geothermal loop systems and service all makes and models of geothermal equipment.

Our experience is strengthened by team members who have grown with us over many years. Kevin has been with us since 2002 and specializes in maintaining and servicing geothermal equipment. Matt joined us in 2004 as a loop installer and continues to pursue training in technologies that may benefit our customers’ comfort. Brandon joined our team in 2005 and has since designed hundreds of heating and cooling systems. Rick has worked on our loop installation team since 2003 and brings experience as a CDL Class A driver, excavator operator, and certified fusion expert. Together, we bring practical knowledge to each project and focus on designing a solution suited to the individual home.
