McAnelly Heating & Cooling

Since 1998, we have helped homeowners and businesses in Frankfort and surrounding Central Kentucky communities stay comfortable through every season. We bring 40 years of HVAC experience to our work, combining technical knowledge with genuine customer care. Our approach is built around honest pricing, expert installation, and dependable 24/7 emergency support. As a Ruud Pro Partner, we serve homes and businesses with professional heating and cooling installation, repair, and maintenance.

We install, repair, and maintain a wide range of heating and cooling equipment, from traditional furnaces to geothermal systems. We design and install geothermal systems, and we have experience completing geothermal installations throughout the Frankfort area. Each installation begins with careful site evaluation and system sizing and includes professional underground-loop installation and final system commissioning. Because geothermal systems use sophisticated, earth-coupled technology, our certified technicians use specialized diagnostic equipment to identify and repair problems accurately. We also provide maintenance tailored to geothermal equipment, including heat-pump components and underground loop systems.

Our geothermal services include variable-speed compressor service, refrigeration-system analysis, heat-exchanger inspection, control-system calibration, multi-stage operation testing, and efficiency-performance measurement. We can also perform circulation-system testing, pressure testing, heat-transfer and fluid analysis, flow-rate verification, and temperature monitoring. Whether we are installing a new heating and cooling system, troubleshooting geothermal equipment, or providing ongoing maintenance, we bring the same depth of HVAC experience to the work. When a system fails at midnight or during a holiday weekend, our emergency response team is available to help restore comfort. To reach us, call (502) 223-3751.
