We’ve been serving local homeowners since 1948, bringing more than seven decades of experience to home comfort projects throughout Eugene, Springfield, Lane County, the Willamette Valley, and surrounding communities. Based in Springfield, Oregon, our team at Marshall’s Specialty Services is committed to quality workmanship and exceptional customer service. We provide professional air-conditioning installation and replacement, helping homeowners find reliable HVAC solutions suited to their homes and comfort needs.

We believe choosing a new cooling system should be a clear, informed process. We begin by learning about your current system, comfort challenges, budget, and goals. We then assess important factors such as your home’s square footage, insulation, airflow, ductwork condition, and overall efficiency. Based on what we find, we explain the available options—including central air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems—and help you compare efficiency ratings, features, and benefits. Our goal is to help you select a system that fits your home, comfort preferences, and long-term needs without making the process more complicated than it needs to be.

When it is time for installation, our experienced technicians remove the old equipment when applicable and install the new system according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes. From the initial consultation through the completed installation, we provide honest recommendations, professional guidance, and attentive service. After serving area homeowners for more than 75 years, we remain focused on making it easier for our customers to improve their comfort with dependable solutions and professional workmanship.
