Mark Woodman Plumbing & Heating

We began in 1985 as a one-person operation working out of a garage. Since then, the support of our loyal customers has helped us grow into a family-run plumbing, heating and cooling provider serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Greater Lansing area. From our location in Sunfield, we remain committed to providing high-quality products and service.

Our work covers residential and commercial new construction, heating and cooling system replacement, plumbing repairs and installations, remodeling, drain cleaning with camera capabilities, and backflow and RPZ testing and installation. We install furnaces, air-conditioning systems, boilers, ductless systems, heat pumps, zoning systems, radiant heating and humidification systems. We also work with electric, gas, conventional, power-vent and tankless water heaters. For commercial customers, our capabilities include rooftop units, medical gas piping, zoning systems, radiant heat, ductless heating and cooling, and water-heating systems.

Geothermal has been part of our work since 1985, and we are I.G.S.H.P.A. accredited and certified. We install open- and closed-loop geothermal systems, as well as forced-air heating and cooling systems, boilers and radiant in-floor heating. Our work includes complete HVAC and plumbing installations for new homes, commercial rooftop-unit replacements and new installations, and residential system replacements. We also install wireless thermostats, including Nest and Ecobee products.

As plumbing and heating technology changes, our employees continue to receive training to meet the evolving demands of the market. Our commitment to quality products and service has remained constant throughout our growth. We are also proud corporate sponsors of the Sunfield Area Spy’s and value our connection to the community where we are based. Please note that we do not service wood, pellet or coal units.
