Since 1970, we have provided plumbing, pipe fitting, HVAC, and fire suppression services and installations for commercial and residential clients. Based in Sterling Heights and serving Southeast Michigan for more than 50 years, we have worked with nearly every type of business and facility, including schools, office buildings, manufacturing plants, residential facilities, industrial properties, data storage buildings, and educational institutions. That breadth of experience helps us understand the different designs, performance criteria, and operational demands found across critical mechanical and plumbing systems.

We know that managing the systems behind a building can be complex and stressful, especially when a failure threatens the safety, comfort, or continuity of a facility. Our goal is to give facility managers and property owners a reliable point of contact for their mechanical needs. We handle projects ranging from preventative maintenance and urgent repairs to custom piping designs and new HVAC systems. Our team is trained to identify developing issues, help reduce downtime, and recommend practical ways to extend system life.

Geothermal heating and cooling is also part of our experience. We have designed and installed geothermal systems in homes, businesses, and university facilities, as well as systems used for pool-water heating. Our designers and field staff are prepared to design, install, and service many types of geothermal equipment and pumping systems. One notable project included the installation of 256 geothermal wells supporting a 400-ton variable refrigerant heat-pump system—the largest system of its kind in the United States.
