M. B. Kiser Heating & Air Conditioning Co. Inc.

We are a family-owned and operated heating and air conditioning team that has served the Dallas–Fort Worth area since 1945. Over more than 70 years, we have built our reputation on dependable service, professional workmanship, and honest communication. We understand that heating and cooling problems affect the comfort of your home or workplace, especially when an air conditioner fails during a 90-degree Texas day. That is why we approach every HVAC issue with the same care we would want for our own property.

As a fully licensed HVAC contractor and the oldest Carrier dealer in Dallas, we provide heating and cooling installation, repair, and maintenance services. Our technicians work on all makes and models of HVAC equipment and receive ongoing training in current technologies and repair practices. They are also certified with ClimateMaster. Whether we are installing a furnace, repairing an air conditioner, or performing routine maintenance, our goal is to complete the work properly, on time, and within the agreed budget. During a tune-up, we thoroughly inspect the system, help it operate at peak efficiency, and look for potential issues before they develop into more costly repairs.

Honesty remains one of our core values. We explain the work and pricing upfront so customers are not surprised by hidden fees. Our long-serving employees are an important part of that commitment; several have been with us for more than 40 years. We value technical education, personal development, and the knowledge passed from seasoned HVAC professionals to newer technicians. From our Dallas location at 10549 Denton Drive, we serve customers in communities including University Park, Highland Park, Irving, Farmers Branch, and Cockrell Hill. Customers can reach us at (214) 823-9958 for their heating and cooling needs.
