Lowden Plumbing & Heating

We’re a locally owned and operated plumbing and HVAC team that has served Eastern Iowa for more than 70 years. Dispatching from Cedar Rapids and Lowden, we help customers keep their heating, cooling, plumbing, and water systems working as they should. We understand how important dependable heating and air conditioning are throughout the year, so we provide prompt, professional HVAC repair and preventative maintenance in Linn County and surrounding areas. We service existing HVAC equipment regardless of manufacturer and install new units in existing properties and new construction. We also offer in-home consultations and estimates.

Our plumbing work ranges from everyday household repairs to larger construction and commercial projects. Whether you are dealing with a water leak, a clogged drain, or a water heater issue, we can help with service and repairs. We replace water heaters, faucets, and waterlines, install water softeners and filtration systems, and provide plumbing for new construction projects, schools, and commercial properties.

Since 1953, we have also helped Eastern Iowa farmers and households establish and maintain plumbing and well systems suited to their land. Our well services include residential and agricultural pump replacement, new well installation, pressure tank installation and replacement, well drilling, pump repairs, inspections, and irrigation-system plumbing. We bring decades of practical experience, skilled professionals, and the appropriate tools and technology to this work. For farms and other agricultural spaces, we address plumbing and water-distribution needs while also providing HVAC solutions for livestock and crop environments. We offer comprehensive consultations and estimates for agricultural plumbing and well-system projects.
