Loves Heating & Air

We are a locally owned and operated HVAC contractor based at 679 MD-3 in Gambrills, Maryland. Our president, John, officially established Love’s Heating & Air, Inc. in 2002 and has worked in the HVAC industry for 24 years. We are fully licensed and insured, with a fully trained staff that includes highly qualified and licensed HVAC field technicians, service technicians, and a full staff of office personnel. Together, we bring more than 20 years of industry experience to the heating and cooling services we provide.

We offer a complete line of residential and commercial HVAC products and services throughout an expansive area of counties within Maryland. In addition to heating and air-conditioning services, we specialize in alternative green-energy solutions. Our areas of specialization include geothermal heating and cooling, solar hot-water systems, and radiant floor heating systems.

Our geothermal capabilities are supported by John’s specialized accreditation and industry experience. He is accredited by the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association as a Certified Ground Source Heat Pump Accredited Installer. He has also earned GeoPro Master Dealer status with WaterFurnace International, a supplier of geothermal heating and cooling equipment. Beyond geothermal, John is an authorized Freewatt dealer for generator and backup-power systems. He is also certified in solar-electric installation through the Siemens Microinverter class.
