Long Bay Cooling LLC

At Long Bay Cooling, people come first. Our employees and customers are at the heart of everything we do, so employee safety and customer satisfaction remain at the forefront of our work. We were founded on four key principles: people, integrity, service, and dependability. As a locally owned, family-oriented team, we believe our work is only as strong as the people behind it. We invest in our employees through current training and available certifications, empower them to do their best, and place a high value on clear communication with one another and with our customers.

With 100 years of combined experience, we provide residential and commercial HVAC service, installations, preventative maintenance, and mechanical construction. Our capabilities include air-conditioning and HVAC equipment service and repair, HVAC changeouts, residential new construction, ductless mini-split service and installation, and ductwork installation and repair. For commercial offices and light-commercial properties, we also service and repair chillers, variable-frequency drives, cooling towers, and pumps.

We believe anything worth doing is worth doing right the first time. We keep our service trucks fully stocked so we can complete maintenance and service work efficiently while reducing the need for multiple appointments when possible. Our customer service agents and technicians are on staff day and night to help make HVAC service easier to schedule. We also offer different tiers of preventative maintenance service agreements and can explain the benefits that come with each option.

In addition to our HVAC work, we offer standby generator sales. We are based in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, and our regular hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information about our services or preventative maintenance agreements, contact us at info@longbaycooling.com.
