Loftus Heating and Air

We’re a family-owned, veteran-operated HVAC team serving homeowners and businesses in Logan, Harlan, and the surrounding area. With more than 100 years of combined experience, we provide residential and commercial maintenance, installation, and repair services designed to keep heating and cooling systems in excellent condition. Our LEAD- and NATE-certified technicians stay educated on the latest HVAC models and capabilities, allowing us to work with a wide range of unit types and brands. We also offer 24-hour emergency repairs when urgent problems arise.

Our heating services include furnace replacements, heat pump installations, and radiant and in-floor heating installations. We’ll work with you to select a system suited to your building and budget while looking for ways to heat the space efficiently. We also install and replace air-conditioning systems, drawing on more than 40 years of industry experience to provide practical recommendations. For AC installations and replacements, we use efficient, long-lasting Lennox units that include a factory warranty, along with our one-year labor warranty.

We work on chillers, heat pumps, central units, geothermal units, split systems, mini-split systems, and condensers in both residential and commercial properties. Our team can also provide HVAC installations for new construction. Across every project, we aim to offer competitive pricing, dependable products, knowledgeable service, and open, honest communication. Whether you need routine maintenance, a repair, or help planning a new system, we’re committed to understanding your needs and completing the work with care.
