Lock Haven Plumbing & Heating

We began in 1995, when lifelong Lock Haven resident Gary Laubscher founded Lock Haven Plumbing & Heating after recognizing the need for high-quality heating and air conditioning contractors in the greater Clinton County area. Our roots were modest: a 200-square-foot garage in downtown Lock Haven. We incorporated in 1999 and, through steady growth in both customers and employees, moved into a nearly 8,000-square-foot industrial complex near the William T. Piper Memorial Airport.

From our home in Lock Haven, we serve residential and commercial customers throughout central Pennsylvania, including the greater Clinton, Centre, and Lycoming County area. Our services include heating and air conditioning installation and service, geothermal installation and service, commercial and household plumbing, water treatment installation and service, water testing, and solar and domestic hot water installation and service. We also provide emergency HVAC and plumbing repair, including emergency clogged-drain repair.

Our knowledgeable and experienced staff is committed to providing reliable, high-quality heating, air conditioning, geothermal, and plumbing products and services at fair and affordable prices. Our team is factory trained and certified, with more than 75 years of combined experience across heating, air conditioning, geothermal, and plumbing. Our qualifications include IGSHPA, Gas Tight, geothermal, and refrigerant certifications.

We believe quality products should be matched by friendly, prompt, courteous, and professional service. For customers who want an added level of ongoing care, we offer seasonal and yearly maintenance agreements. These agreements provide discounts on many services, along with additional discounts on certain parts and accessories when needed. From our early days in a small downtown garage to our current Lock Haven facility, our focus has remained on serving our customers with dependable work and personal attention.
