Lochard HVAC, Plumbing and Service

We’ve been helping homeowners and businesses in Sidney, Ohio, stay comfortable since 1945. As a third-generation, family-owned provider with more than seven decades of experience, we offer heating, cooling, plumbing, indoor air quality, water conditioning, repair, and maintenance services. From our location at 903 Wapakoneta Avenue, we serve Sidney and the surrounding areas of Miami and Shelby counties.

Our highly trained and certified technicians approach every job with a focus on reliable, responsive service and solutions tailored to each property. We bring high-quality workmanship together with good old-fashioned customer service, treating your comfort with the same care we would give our own homes. We’re also proud to be a Bryant authorized dealer.

During Ohio’s hot summers, our air conditioning services help keep homes and businesses cool, comfortable, and energy efficient. We repair and troubleshoot AC systems, install and replace air conditioners, perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups, and service central air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, and heat pump cooling systems. Our team also handles thermostat installation and calibration, refrigerant leak detection and repair, airflow and ductwork inspections, and emergency AC service. If your system is not keeping your property comfortable, we can diagnose the problem and recommend an appropriate solution. Our goal is to provide dependable service that supports comfort, efficiency, and long-term system performance.
