We’re a locally and family-owned, principal-operated mechanical service team serving the Las Vegas area since 2010. From homes and restaurants to commercial offices, casinos, medical centers, government facilities, data centers, schools, retail establishments, and industrial properties, we provide heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, and related mechanical services. Our work includes installation, diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, HVAC controls and automation, factory-authorized start-ups, and warranty service.

Our experienced, factory-trained technicians work on equipment ranging from two-ton split systems to centrifugal chillers exceeding 1,000 tons. Their training includes Trane, Carrier, York, and Liebert systems, among others. Most have at least 10 years of commercial HVAC experience, and many have more than 20 years. We also offer turnkey retrofits for rooftop units, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, air handlers, heat exchangers, controls, and other HVAC equipment. For restaurant clients, we provide personalized service for commercial refrigeration, cooking equipment, ice machines, and HVAC systems.

We understand that reliable mechanical systems affect comfort, operating costs, and day-to-day operations. We treat each facility as if it were our own, with the goal of maximizing comfort, system sustainability, and cost-effective performance. Our commercial team can design and install systems around the specific needs of a facility while working to minimize interruptions.
