Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing

We’re a fourth-generation, family-owned team based in Vineland, and we’ve served South Jersey homeowners since 1945. Our work takes us throughout Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties, where we repair, maintain and install heating, air conditioning and plumbing systems. Generations of local experience have given us a practical understanding of the modern equipment, older systems and distinctive setups found in homes across the region.

We believe homeowners deserve clear answers before deciding what to do. Our technicians diagnose the problem, explain what the home actually needs and lay out the available options without the runaround. We work on central air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems and geothermal heating and cooling systems. Our NATE-certified technicians focus on proper sizing, airflow and installation quality, and our in-house duct fabrication shop allows us to build custom ductwork for many heating and cooling replacements. We’re also a WaterFurnace GeoPro Master Dealer. Our licensed credentials include NJ Master HVACR Contractor David J. Laury, 19HC0056220, and NJ Master Plumber Ted J. Laury, 11041.

Our residential plumbing work includes repairing leaking pipes, clearing branch and main drain lines, servicing sewer lines, finding hidden leaks and inspecting whole-home plumbing systems. We also repair, maintain and replace standard tank and tankless water heaters. Because South Jersey homes vary widely in age, layout and plumbing materials, we consider the needs of each property—from corrosion and deteriorating sewer lines in older homes to water-pressure concerns, hidden leaks and tankless water-heater issues in newer ones. Whether we’re evaluating an HVAC system or diagnosing a plumbing concern, our goal is to communicate clearly and help each homeowner choose an approach that makes sense for the home and budget.
