We’re a fourth-generation, family-run heating, cooling, and plumbing team based in Vineland and serving Pennsville and communities throughout Southern New Jersey. Brothers Charles and Paul Laury founded Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing in 1945 with a straightforward approach: put customers first, focus on value rather than price alone, and work hard every day. Those principles remain central to how we serve homeowners and businesses across Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties.

Our services have grown along with the needs of South Jersey. We began offering air conditioning in 1954, added geothermal services in 1990, and expanded into full-service plumbing in 2002. Today, our NATE-certified technicians repair, maintain, and install furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, geothermal systems, water heaters, natural gas conversion systems, and residential plumbing systems. We work with modern equipment as well as the older and less-common systems found in local homes and businesses. Our in-house duct fabrication shop also allows us to create custom ductwork for heating and cooling projects.

As a WaterFurnace GeoPro Master Dealer, we install, repair, and maintain WaterFurnace geothermal systems. Our geothermal work can include custom system design, horizontal or vertical loop options, ground-source heat pump installation, permitting and code-compliance support, diagnostics, repairs, loop leak detection, pressure balancing, tune-ups, and efficiency optimization. We help customers understand their options and decide whether geothermal makes sense for their homes.

The Laury family remains actively involved in our work, with Ted Laury, David Laury, and Kasie Harris carrying our family legacy forward. Although our tools and technology have changed, our mission has not: provide reliable service with integrity, attention to detail, real expertise, and genuine customer care.
