Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing

We are a fourth-generation, family-run heating, cooling, plumbing, and geothermal service provider serving homeowners and businesses across South Jersey. Brothers Charles and Paul Laury founded our family operation in 1945 with a straightforward approach: put customers first, emphasize value, and work hard every day. Those principles continue to guide us under the leadership of Ted Laury, David Laury, and Kasie Harris.

Our experience spans modern equipment, older systems, and the unique configurations found in South Jersey properties. We repair, maintain, and install heating and air-conditioning systems, provide full-service plumbing, and fabricate custom ductwork in our own shop. Our NATE-certified technicians explain what a property needs, present the available options, and help customers make choices that fit their budgets. We serve Atlantic, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties.

We have provided geothermal services since 1990 and handle system design, installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and seasonal maintenance. Our capabilities include horizontal and vertical loop systems, ground-source heat-pump installation, permitting and code compliance, ground-loop leak detection, pressure balancing, loop flushing, component replacement, and efficiency optimization. We are a Factory Authorized WaterFurnace GeoPro Dealer and support New Jersey energy-efficiency programs. Our licenses include NJ Electrical License 7921A, NJ Contractor License 13VH00865900, NJ Master Plumber Ted J. Laury 11041, and NJ Master HVACR Contractor David J. Laury 19HC0056220. Throughout every service and installation, we remain focused on reliable work, careful attention to detail, integrity, and customer care.
