Laureyns United

We are Laureyns United, a family-owned and operated HVAC team serving homeowners and businesses throughout Pittsfield, Dalton, and Berkshire County. As the parent organization of Climate Heating and Cooling and Four Seasons Heating and Cooling, we have brought both operations together under the Laureyns United name. This merger allows us to draw on our full, expanded workforce while continuing to serve both groups of loyal customers. Led by principal co-owner Rick Laureyns, we remain focused on professional service, dependable systems, and the comfort of the people we serve.

With more than 48 years of industry experience and over 24 years in business, we have grown to approximately 80 employees and 80 company vehicles. Our team engineers, installs, and services residential and commercial HVAC systems with reliability, efficiency, comfort, and safety in mind. We provide professional assessments based on each customer’s needs, whether the project involves a repair, planned maintenance, a system upgrade or replacement, a new installation, or the complete redesign and integration of an HVAC system. We also offer 24/7 emergency HVAC repair, Berkshire Building Automation partnerships, and HVAC automation integration for homes and businesses.

Our capabilities include boilers, heat pumps, and custom systems for new homes and commercial properties. We design and install geothermal heating and cooling solutions that harness energy from the earth, and our geothermal installers are accredited through the International Ground Source Heat Pump Association. From replacing an aging system to engineering a complete solution for a new property, we carefully plan and install each project to support comfortable, reliable, and safe operation for years to come. We stand behind every product we install and every service we provide, bringing the resources of a growing organization together with the customer-focused approach of a family-owned operation.
