Larkey HVAC

Our story began when P.T. Larkey started selling and installing Stokermatic coal heaters from his garage. He later moved the work into a store building on his property. As heating and cooling technology evolved, so did we. Customer interest expanded to fuel oil heat and central air conditioning. P.T.’s son David later joined him, helping us move into gas furnaces and, eventually, electric heat pumps.

After purchasing the building we occupy today from Carl and Fredora Lay, we continued to grow across three generations of the Larkey family. P.T. retired, and David’s son Dwight later joined us. We continued adopting new technology and installed the first geothermal heat pump in Laurel County. Heating and air conditioning have changed considerably since our earliest days, and we have continued to change with them while remaining committed to helping customers make informed decisions about their HVAC needs.

Today, we serve residential and commercial customers with heating, ventilation and air conditioning services. We offer Bryant systems for a range of HVAC needs, and our customer service specialists, service technicians and equipment installers are available to help customers choose an appropriate solution for their homes or businesses. Whether you need a new heat pump, service for an existing HVAC system or a replacement part, our team is ready to assist.

Our Service Department handles residential and commercial HVAC repair and service requests. We also offer preventative maintenance agreements for residential and commercial customers. Our technicians strive to provide prompt, professional service and get HVAC systems operating properly again as quickly as possible.
