Founded by hometown brothers Chris and Curt Lancaster in 2000, we have spent more than twenty years helping homeowners and businesses maintain dependable indoor comfort throughout Greater Kansas City. From our offices in Overland Park and Louisburg, we serve Johnson County, Miami County, and nearby Kansas and Missouri communities. Our services include residential and commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation, as well as geothermal systems, indoor air quality, new construction, and whole-home generators.

We believe customers should understand what is happening before work begins. Our technicians diagnose the system, explain what failed, outline the available options, and provide upfront pricing for the recommended service. We repair and maintain all major HVAC brands, including equipment installed by others. If a repair can restore dependable operation and comfort at a reasonable cost, we say so. If replacement deserves consideration, we explain why and help customers compare their options.

Geothermal heating and cooling is an important part of our work. We design, install, repair, replace, and maintain geothermal heat pump systems for homes, custom construction, and commercial properties across the Kansas City area. Our experience includes hundreds of installations involving different properties, loop configurations, system loads, and multiple-zone applications. For new installations, we assess the property, load requirements, ductwork, electrical capacity, available land, and system design needs. We then manage the process from excavation or drilling through final hookup and testing. When an existing system needs attention, we evaluate the indoor equipment, underground loop, pumps, controls, air distribution, and overall design before recommending a repair or replacement. Whenever possible, we look for ways to preserve usable components, including an existing loop that remains in good condition.

Geothermal is not automatically the right investment for every property. Our role is to explain the installation requirements, compare the available HVAC options, provide clear pricing, and help each customer make an informed decision.
