Lancaster Brothers Heating and Cooling, Inc.

We were founded in 2000 by hometown brothers Chris and Curt Lancaster, and for more than twenty years we’ve helped homeowners and businesses throughout Greater Kansas City maintain dependable indoor comfort. From our Louisburg office at 208 W Crestview Drive, we stay connected to Miami County, its growing residential communities, local businesses, and properties beyond the city limits. Our Overland Park location supports Johnson County and the surrounding Kansas City suburbs, extending our reach across nearby Kansas and Missouri communities.

We provide residential and commercial heating and cooling repair, maintenance, replacement, and installation. Our technicians service all major HVAC brands, including equipment installed by other contractors. We work with gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, boilers, commercial heating equipment, and high-efficiency systems. We also provide indoor air quality services, HVAC support for new construction, and specialized geothermal solutions. For geothermal projects, we install, repair, and maintain ground-source heating and cooling systems for homes, businesses, and new construction. We evaluate the property, building load, loop configuration, ductwork, and existing equipment to determine whether geothermal is a practical long-term option.

We believe our customers should understand what is happening before any work begins. We diagnose the system, explain what failed, review the available options, and provide upfront pricing for the recommended service. When a reasonable repair can restore dependable operation and comfort, we say so. When replacement may be the better choice, we explain why and help our customers compare their options. We also provide Generac whole-home standby generator sizing, installation, repair, and annual maintenance to help protect essential equipment during utility outages.
