We’ve been serving customers from Brighton, Michigan, since Tom Boylan founded Lakeside Service Co. in 1983. What began as a one-man operation with a pickup truck and an answering machine grew through hard work, personal service, and dedication to customers. Today, Tom’s son John leads our team while carrying forward the values on which we were founded. We remain focused on being a dependable part of our community, not simply a provider of HVAC and plumbing services.

Our highly trained technicians provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems. From our sales engineers to our field personnel, we approach every project with professionalism, careful troubleshooting, and close attention to detail. We keep job sites organized and work to protect our customers’ property. We also explain relevant system details and limitations so our customers can make informed decisions and know what to expect. Whether we are repairing a heating system or helping with a broader comfort-system project, our goal is to provide service that meets each customer’s needs today and over the long term.

We are honored to have received the NCI Rob Falke Servant Leader Award, recognizing our commitment to excellence and leadership in the HVAC industry. We are also proud that Carrier inducted Tom Boylan into its Dealer Hall of Fame in recognition of his decades of leadership, customer service, and dedication to the industry. Beyond our day-to-day work, we sponsor local events and support initiatives that help strengthen and uplift our neighborhood.
