Lakes Heating & Air Conditioning

We’ve been serving homeowners and businesses in Northeast Ohio since our founding in 1974. As a family-owned and operated team, we provide heating, cooling, and indoor air quality services in Akron, Canton, and surrounding areas. Our approach is grounded in honest work, integrity, and professionalism, and we stand behind the work we perform. Our NATE-certified technicians are licensed, insured, and background-checked.

We service all HVAC brands and help customers understand the options available for their homes. Our technicians inspect existing systems and make recommendations based on each home’s needs and budget. We repair, install, and maintain boilers, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, ductless systems, geothermal systems, and hydronic systems. That range allows us to work with many different heating needs, from boilers and furnaces to systems that transfer heat or provide zoned comfort without ductwork. We also work with ground-source heat pumps that provide heating and cooling, as well as hydronic systems that distribute hot water for whole-home heat.

Whether our customers need repairs, are considering replacements, or want ongoing maintenance, we bring the equipment and experience needed to assess their systems and complete the work efficiently. During annual HVAC service, our technicians inspect the equipment and make any necessary repairs.

Our connection to the community extends beyond HVAC service. We are members of the Green Chamber of Commerce and the Green Schools Foundation, and we proudly sponsor sports teams in our community. We have also sponsored a Trade Scholarship for Green High School students entering a trade. For us, serving the Akron and Canton areas means combining practical HVAC expertise with the values of a family-operated team and continued involvement in the community we serve.
