L&H Services, Inc.

Since 1979, we have provided reliable heating, cooling, and commercial refrigeration solutions in Frankfort, Illinois, and surrounding areas. We bring 45 years of experience to residential and commercial projects, including emergency air-conditioning repair, furnace service, heat pump installation, boiler maintenance, commercial HVAC maintenance, refrigeration, and custom metal fabrication. With 24-hour emergency service availability, we are prepared to respond when urgent service needs arise.

We specialize in geothermal heat pump repair and maintenance in Beecher and nearby communities, including Frankfort, Crete, Peotone, and Monee. Our technicians work with both indoor heat pump equipment and underground loop systems, using diagnostic and testing procedures to identify the root cause of performance problems. We handle compressor repairs, circulation pump failures, control issues, loop system problems, and other geothermal repair needs. We also provide ongoing maintenance designed to support system efficiency, reliability, and service life, with detailed service documentation and maintenance plans that include automatic scheduling. Our team services major geothermal brands, including WaterFurnace, Enertech, ClimateMaster, and Ecoforest.

We work with respected equipment manufacturers such as Armstrong, Rheem, Bosch, Mitsubishi, and WaterFurnace. We have also partnered with Upstream Lease and are an approved installer for its 20-year geothermal lease program. Through this program, qualified Illinois homeowners in Will County and surrounding Illinois counties can receive a professionally installed ground-source heat pump system with zero money down. Whether you need geothermal diagnostics, routine system maintenance, emergency air-conditioning repair, or a broader heating and cooling solution, we apply our experience dating to 1979 and a comprehensive approach to every project.
