Koors Heating and Cooling

We have been helping homeowners and businesses stay comfortable since June 2006, when our owner, Tim Koors, began installing residential HVAC systems and servicing commercial packaged terminal air conditioners. Tim was soon joined by his brother, Patrick, and together they built our roots on honest, old-fashioned service, high-quality equipment, fair pricing, and accountability. Those values still guide us today: integrity, respect, enthusiasm, teamwork, and a commitment to doing every job to the best of our abilities.

As we have grown, we have carefully assembled a team of professional plumbers, licensed electricians, and NATE-certified HVAC technicians. From our home in Greensburg, we serve Rushville, Columbus, Shelbyville, Greensburg, and surrounding communities across Southeast Indiana. Our work includes residential and commercial heating and cooling, electrical and plumbing services, commercial refrigeration, indoor air quality solutions, duct cleaning, and preventive HVAC maintenance. We install, service, and repair conventional, ductless, heat pump, and geothermal systems, and we provide 24/7 emergency air conditioning repair. Whether we are tracking down a furnace problem, replacing a water heater, upgrading an electrical panel, or helping a business improve climate control, we focus on practical solutions and a strong customer experience.

We are proud to be an American Standard Customer Care Dealer, an American Standard Ductless Pro Contractor, and a TETCO Geothermal Partner. Our work has also earned recognition, including the Lennox Centurion Award in 2021 and TETCO Geothermal Partner of the Year in 2023. We value those honors, but we know our growth has been possible because of the support of local residents. That is why giving back and supporting groups and initiatives throughout Southeast Indiana matters to us. Above all, our goal is to provide the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing help our neighbors need with the satisfaction and peace of mind they deserve.
