Koch & White Inc

We’ve served homes and businesses in Ann Arbor and the surrounding area since 1934. More than 90 years later, we remain dedicated to helping our customers stay comfortable and safe through Michigan’s changing seasons. Our team has received the Carrier President’s Award seven years in a row, reflecting the performance standards we bring to every service call. We also continuously train our certified technicians so they can stay current with heating technology and work on many kinds of home comfort systems.

We provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for essential systems throughout the home. Our work includes furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, indoor air quality equipment, whole-home generators, and both air-source and geothermal heat pumps. Whether we’re completing routine maintenance, repairing a heat pump, installing a boiler, or upgrading an air conditioner, we focus on attentive service and respect for the home. We offer both scheduled and after-hours service, with a team that understands local homes, systems, and weather conditions.

As a 100% employee-owned team, each of us has a personal stake in the experience we provide. Our front-office staff and field technicians work together to offer responsive communication, transparency, and courteous attention. Safety and comfort guide our approach, and our goal is to give every customer confidence in the work being performed. We serve Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Saline, Dexter, Chelsea, Plymouth, and communities beyond, bringing decades of local experience to every visit.
