Key Heating & Air Conditioning

We are a multi-generation, family-owned heating and cooling company serving New Hampshire’s Seacoast, Lakes Region, and Southern Maine. Since 1993, we have helped homeowners manage year-round indoor comfort through heating, cooling, geothermal, and maintenance services. Our experience includes more than 30 years of installing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining central air-conditioning and ductless cooling systems.

We provide heating service, maintenance, and installation for New England homes, along with central air and ductless air-conditioning work. We also offer geothermal heat pumps and specialize in residential geothermal installations. Our Safety & Efficiency Membership plans provide ongoing service and routine maintenance options, allowing us to support customers beyond an individual repair or installation. We service and maintain equipment from all brands.

Our process begins by listening carefully and developing a clear understanding of each household’s needs. Our licensed technicians or comfort consultants conduct an evaluation and present options with upfront pricing based on the home, budget, and long-term comfort goals. After a customer approves the work, we complete the repair or installation, perform system startup and quality-assurance checks, and provide a cleanup and walkthrough. We aim to treat every home with care, complete work thoroughly and safely, and maintain clear follow-through throughout the project. Our ongoing support and membership services are designed to continue that relationship after the initial work is complete.
