Kennihan Plumbing & Heating, Inc

We have served homeowners in Northern Allegheny and Butler Counties since 1969, when Bill Kennihan started with a loan from his grandmother and a commitment to quality work, dependable products, and highly qualified technicians. Today, from our Valencia location, we continue that tradition through HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services designed to help keep homes safe, healthy, comfortable, and energy efficient.

We believe doing the job correctly also means respecting the home where we work. Our technicians treat every home as if it belonged to their own grandmother, working carefully and leaving the property neat. We arrive ready to listen, understand the concern, solve the problem, and share the value of our experience. Promptness, courtesy, professional growth, and respect for customers’ homes, equipment, materials, and property are central to the way we work. We support that standard through continuous technician training and investment in current technology.

Our approach looks at how a home performs as a whole, helping homeowners pursue greater comfort and energy efficiency without losing sight of cost. Our team includes master plumbers, registered electricians, and NCI-certified technicians, allowing us to provide comprehensive solutions across essential home systems. We also design, install, maintain, and repair geothermal heating and cooling systems. For geothermal projects, we assess the home’s size, layout, and energy needs, plan the system around those requirements, integrate it with the HVAC setup, and test its performance. Our maintenance work includes system checks, loop inspections, and performance assessments, while our repair services address issues such as malfunctions, loop leaks, and reduced efficiency. Whether we are handling everyday home-system needs or a geothermal project, our goal is to deliver thoughtful service while protecting the comfort and condition of the home.
