Kelly Scott One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating

We have provided HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation in Baton Rouge since 1980 and have deep roots in South Louisiana. Kelly Scott began working part-time for a small air conditioning and heating provider while attending high school in Louisiana. He opened his own HVAC operation in 1992 with help from his wife, Melisa, who later ran it full-time. In March 2016, they merged their HVAC family with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating® of Baton Rouge. Today, we remain locally and family-owned, serving homeowners in Gonzales and other communities throughout the Baton Rouge area.

We provide residential heating and air conditioning repair, installation, and maintenance. Our NATE-certified technicians work on furnaces, heat pumps, package units, air conditioning systems, ductless systems, and equipment from all manufacturers. We design heating and cooling systems according to ACCA Manual J standards, carefully strap and seal ductwork connections, and performance-test completed systems. When an air conditioner is aging or household energy costs are increasing, we can help homeowners select and install an appropriate replacement system.

Preventive care is another important part of our work. Through our Comfort Club Membership Program, we perform service checkups twice each year—once in the spring and once in the fall—and members receive priority for service calls. During maintenance visits, our technicians test, calibrate, and inspect critical HVAC components to identify developing problems and help systems operate efficiently.

We respect our customers, their homes, and their time. We offer 24/7 response, StraightForward® pricing guides, a two-year, 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, and an on-time guarantee under which we pay customers back if we are even one minute late to an appointment. We also offer free system evaluations. Kelly’s guiding belief remains simple: “If you cannot service your customer properly, someone else will.” That focus continues to shape how we care for our neighbors in Gonzales and across the surrounding area.
