Kellam Home Services Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical

Since 1995, we have provided professional heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services throughout Hampton Roads. As a family-owned home services provider, we proudly serve homes and businesses in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Suffolk, and Portsmouth. We also offer residential and commercial geothermal installations. Our belief in geothermal technology is reflected in its use at both our founder’s home and our office.

Our team understands how much trust it takes to welcome a service professional into your property. From the beginning of every employee’s career with us, we emphasize attentive customer service and high-quality workmanship. Every employee is drug tested, background checked, and highly trained. Before a technician arrives, we let you know their name and what they look like, and our service trucks are clearly marked. When entering your property, our technicians lay down a red carpet and wear protective shoe coverings to help keep dirt and debris off your floors and carpets.

We bring careful attention to detail to every heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and geothermal project we undertake. In 2016, we were honored as the National Contractor of the Year by the PHCC Association. We remain committed to delivering award-winning service to local residents and businesses across Coastal Virginia’s Southeast Tidewater area. Whether you need help with home comfort systems, plumbing, electrical work, or a geothermal installation, our team is ready to provide professional service with respect for you and your property.
