Since 1980, Kale Heating and Air Conditioning has helped homeowners and businesses with their heating, cooling, ventilation, and indoor air quality needs. We provide installation, repair, replacement, inspection, and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial systems. Our capabilities include furnaces, central air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, rooftop HVAC units, chillers, hot water and steam boilers, geothermal systems, in-floor radiant heating, snow-melt driveway heating, control systems, mobile home heating and air conditioning, computer room HVAC, and custom ventilation. We also work with commercial kitchen hoods, industrial ventilation equipment, air balancing, electric heat, infrared heaters, chilled-water systems, and pool dehumidification systems. To support healthier and more comfortable indoor environments, we offer air filtration and purification equipment, UV lights, humidification, and dehumidification systems. We also conduct real estate inspections of heating, cooling, and water-heating equipment.

Our technicians are available for prompt, 24-hour emergency service, seven days a week. We offer free estimates, residential and commercial VIP maintenance plans, energy rebate certifications, financing options, and warranty choices. New equipment includes a manufacturer’s warranty based on the manufacturer and equipment type, and we offer extended equipment and labor plans. Used equipment of any brand may also qualify for warranty coverage following an inspection and subject to applicable limitations. For service calls, we use a flat diagnostic fee and a standard repair price book to provide clear, consistent pricing.
